At the beginning of November, youth workers from Romania, Spain, Cyprus and Italy gathered in Bologna, Italy to take part in the training organised by project partner – Erasmus Learning Academy (ELA). The training was nothing short of extraordinary as youth workers embarked on a captivating learning journey!

A dynamic training course delved deeper into the realm of “Gamified Non-Formal Activities” and their transformative power in igniting youth motivation and critical thinking.

Unpacking the Sessions: The training sessions were a treasure box of innovative strategies and captivating activities that left participants buzzing with inspiration. Covering crucial topics such as non-formal education trends, the essence of gamification, and crafting gamified non-formal activities, the journey unfolded with a deep dive into strategies to enhance youth motivation and critical thinking. Participants also got hands-on experience in designing gamified non-formal tasks tailored to specific topics.

Exploring Bologna’s Secrets: Beyond the classroom, participants enjoyed a special tour organized by the host ELA. They wandered through the historic streets, visiting Bologna’s most iconic monuments, and discovering the seven secrets that make this city truly unique.
